Hi everyone! My next card is the costume party monster Halloween card.
First of all, I started with the background. But because I made all the backgrounds at once, you can read about how that went at The Count.
The ghost was cut out of mixed media cardstock sprayed with distress spray stain vintage photo. I don´t mind here that the die cut is not quite cleanly punched out (eye). In this case I find it even an eerily beatiful detail.
For this card I had chosen a few gravestones which I die cut from brown cardstock. I draw the shadows caused by the full moon with a stabilo all pencil.
In order not to let the monster float in the air I had made some kind of hills with texture paste grave. After the paste was dry I colored it with pine needles distress ink.
To give the single gravestone some more detail I used grit paste crypt, which I also colored with some pine needles ink.
For a bit more dimension I bended the banner at the ends.
Hope you enjoyed the Halloween card and we see us next time!
