Funny Eyes Halloween Cards

Funny Eyes Halloween Cards

Hi everyone! Nice to see you. Today I want to share with you some quick and easy Funny Eyes Halloween Cards using the super fun Simon Says Stamp stencil Funny Eyes. These cards go super fast, so fasten your seat belts.

First of all, I placed my Simon Sais Stamp stencil “Funny Eyes” over a panel of black cardstock. Then I brushed some Hero Arts white pigment ink with my blender brushes on. Pigment ink takes a lot longer to dry, so I let my backgrounds dry over night. Of course, you can also dry the pigment ink with your heat tool.

The next morning the pigment ink was really dry, so I had placed the lower part of the stencil over the white eyes and brushed it with Tim Holtz Oxide black soot. While I was selecting myembossing powders, the oxide ink was able to dry.

I took my panel, put it in my Misti stamping tool and placed Tim Holtz Bold Frights stamp on it. I inked the Stamp with Versamark ink and stamped it twice on my panel, just to be shure to make a rich imprint. After that I covered the imprint with embossing powder and heat it with my heat tool. Afterwards I mounted the panel on my card base.

As a last step I stamped a saying from Tim Holtz Monstours Stampset into the inside of the card.
